This Issue was resolved in FootPrints, version 11.6.01. Continuous Support customers with active contracts are eligible to receive the current release of FootPrints Service Core at no additional cost. NOTE: After upgrading to version 11.6.01 or applying a patch listed below to your existing version of Footprints Service Core, users may need to clear the Java Cache on the local computer. See the steps at the bottom of this article for additional information. Patches for various versions of Footprints Service Core older than version 11.6.01 should be applied prior to 01/14/2014.
