The following message may appear when accessing Footprints Service Core:

This problem is caused by the user's local computer not being able to access crl.thawte.com (where the Certificate Revocation List is checked automatically). This problem is not to be considered a FootPrints Service Core defect. To verify whether or not crl.thawte.com can be accessed, open a command prompt or shell window on the local computer from where FootPrints Service Core is being accessed and execute: If a "Request timed out" message appears, or other messages indicating the site is not accessible, this is an indication local network security / firewall rules may be blocking access to the site. Your local IT Department should be contacted for further assistance. |
