TSPS 11 installation and data migration from TSPS 10.7 on the same server.
When running the dataUpgrade.sh / dataUpgrade.bat from the DataUpgradeUtility to migrate data from the old version the tool gives and error and the log shows this messages.

When updating and migrating from TSPS 10.7 to TSPS 11, it is required that the TSPS services is running.Please start the existing TSPS service before running a data migration and an update of the TSPS server.
For example with this command as the user which is the owner of the TSPS installation:
/opt/bmc/TrueSightPServer/truesightpserver/bin/tssh server start Ensure that the you're running the dataupgrade utility on the active node. In other words, if you were to login to the TSPS console, it should be directing you to that TSPS.
