Encounter the following in the BMC Remedy Email Messages Log File:
16-Apr-2012 10:35:55 com.bmc.mail.mapi.MAPINative getMessageFromSEVERE: The operation completed successfully.
javax.mail.MessagingException: The operation completed successfully.
at com.bmc.mail.mapi.MAPINative.getMessageFrom(Native Method)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
16-Apr-2012 10:36:26 com.bmc.mail.mapi.MAPINative getMessageFrom SEVERE: The operation completed successfully.
Please note that we have tested the following:
1. Manually sending an email to the Incoming mailbox, it is received
2. Manually replying to the sent email above, it is received
3. Manually sending an email from the AR System Email Messages form, email is sent successfully.
Having said that - the Outgoing issues are working fine; the issue seems to be with the Incoming emails, the emails are stuck in the Mailbox.
