When an admin user attempts to log into the TrueSight Presentation Server, an error message "You are not authorized to use this system" is displayed. 

The TrueSight.log file under the <installationdirectory>\truesightpserver\logs\ folder path contains an exception that indicates the authorization profile is missing for the user.

Add the authprofile to the user group using the following steps:

1) Take a backup of the TSPS database by executing command tssh database startbackup.
2) From a command prompt, cd to <installationdirectory>\truesightpserver\modules\pgsql\bin and execute below command to connect to TSPS database.

psql -d truesight -U <TSPS_DATBASE_USER>

Please provide database user name in place of <TSPS_DATBASE_USER>

For Example: psql -d truesight -U postgres

2) Execute select queries to check the authProfile_id set for ‘Administrators’ group

    select * from auth_profile where id = 'f1411589-954c-4b90-9b59-cf2c2421b4e9' and name = 'Solution Administrator';

Expected result: 
"f1411589-954c-4b90-9b59-cf2c2421b4e9","Solution Administrator","Solution Administrator","admin","BmcRealm"

4) Run the following sql statement to update the authProfile id for the 'Administrators' group:
 
    update auth_profile set tenantname = '*' where id='f1411589-954c-4b90-9b59-cf2c2421b4e9' and name = 'Solution Administrator' and tenantname = 'BmcRealm';

5) Execute select queries to check the authProfile_id is now correctly set for ‘Administrators’ group

    select * from auth_profile where id = 'f1411589-954c-4b90-9b59-cf2c2421b4e9' and name = 'Solution Administrator';

6) Restart TSPS
