How can I download a new version or an update for Track-It! from the EPD (Electronic Product Downloads) page?

1. Login to www.bmc.com/support

2. Click on Product Downloads 3. It will take you to the EPD page (You can select either “Remind me later” or “Do not remind me again” Customer Preference) 4. Fill in the required information 5. Under component view select view as "Product Components" and Profile as "Master" then select the product "Track-It!" and then click on “BMC Track-It!”
6. It will now take you to the next screen where you can select the version that you need. Click OK. 7. Now go to the Product Tab where you can select “Full Install” or “Update” or just “Web Server Install”. Then you can download via FTP or using Download Manger.
