How to request a Permanent License key for AR System Server via Support Web?
This knowledge article may contain information that does not apply to version 21.05 or later which runs in a container environment. Please refer to Article Number 000385088 for more information about troubleshooting BMC products in containers.

Follow below steps to generate license key.

1 Access www.bmc.com/support --> My Support --> License and Passwords
2 Under "Innovation Suite OnPrem, Remedy License Keys" click on "Request / Purge Licenses"

3 Click on "Request License" tab
4 Select Support ID or Subscriber ID along with Remedy version
5 Input value in Host ID (for 7.1 through 20.08) or Database ID (for 21.02 and Higher)

6 In "Entitled Products" Select "Remedy AR System Server" and Click "Next"
7 Verify Request details and email address and click on Continue

8 Accept license agreement
9 License key is generated and sent to your email address

10 Click on “View / Purge Licenses” tab and view newly generate license key
