In the Remedy User Tool or browser login
1. Open the form Class (OBJSTR:Class) in Search mode
-> Search for records where 'System Status*' = "Change Pending"
Backup and delete these records from the OBJSTR:Class form
You can also run below query:
In the Advanced Search Bar at the bottom of the Window, specify the query:
'Pending ID' != "0" OR 'System Status*' != "Active" OR 'OSStatus' != "Active" OR 'Record Status' != "Active" OR 'Status' != "Active"
2. Open the form Attribute Definitions (OBJSTR:AttributeDefinition)
-> Search for records where 'Record Status' = "Change Pending"
Backup and delete these records from the OBJSTR:AttributeDefinition form
You can also run below query:
'OSStatus' != "Active" OR 'Pending ID' != "0"
3. Open the form OBJSTR:Index (OBJSTR:Index)
-> Search for records where 'Record Status' = "Change Pending"
Backup and delete these records from the OBJSTR:Indexform
4. Open the form OBJSTR:IndexAttrib (OBJSTR:IndexAttrib)
-> Search for records where where 'Record Status' = "Change Pending"
Backup and delete these records from the OBJSTR:IndexAttrib form
5. Open the form OBJSTR:Pending
-> Check to make sure there are no errors here. If there are any, delete them.
6. Open the form Application Pending
-> Check to make sure there are no entries waiting for processing. If there are any, wait until the owner application completes them. If they are CMDB related, remove them.
7. open Developer studio to verify if CORE CMDB foiirms have OVERLAYS or not.
