This example is for the Incident Assignee Notification

Add the field to the SYS:Form Field Selection form.
Use a record with Selection Type of "Notification Message Selection" and Module Name of "Incident" as your example to guide you in creating a new record for your desired field.

In the SYS:NotificationMessages form modify the Notification Message Tag named "HPD-INC-AssigneeAssignment", add the field to the Email Message Body once you've created the SYS:Form Field Selection record above. example: Phone: #Phone Number#

Add the field to the NTE:SYS-NT Process Control form, copying the field from the HPD:Help Desk form. Verify the Database ID is the same on the NTE:SYS-NT Process Control form as the HPD:Help Desk form.

Add the field to the Push Fields of Filter HPD:INC:NotificationGenerator_899_PNPC`!

Modify the Help Desk Translation filter - name of Filter will begin with NTE:NPC:TranslateNotificationMessageINC. There will be 3 filters, you can use any of them to translate the field.

Review one of the current Set Field Actions in the filter to use as an example for the REPLACE function.
