How to set the timezone for the Remedy Server? |

Check the following: /opt/bmc/ars/arsystem/bin/arserverd.conf - On Windows modify the arserver.config file in the ARSystem folder. Steps: 1- Modify the appropriate file mentioned above adding the next jvm.option parameter specifying the '-Duser.timezone' parameter with the Country/City that reflects the desired timezone. 2- To find available Country/City values that can be specified, go to the AR System User Preference form under the 'Locale' tab select the drop down list for the 'Time Zone' field. 3- Restart the ARSystem. - Below is an example setting the timezone for Mountain time that honors daylights saving time.
