When I look at the pentaho for RemedyForce (RF) log files I can see that the file (e.g Atrium_CMDB_ComputerSystem.csv.zip) can't be downloaded from BMC CLient Management (BCM):
2019/06/24 10:40:26 - TransferAssetCoreCSinfotoCMDB - Finished job entry [Download File] (result=[false])
How can I test that this file is generated by testing it from the BMC Client Management side in order to isolate the issue? There are ssl errors il the Pentaho for RF logs. If you have any logs containing these logs please do not hesitate to comment this KA so it can be updated with these. There is an error 25 or an error 500 in the Pentaho for RF logs or on the wsdoc page as an example e.g: 2019/06/27 18:38:40 - Json Input.0 - The field [result] contain [{"fault":{"code":-500,"string":"no service at \/api\/1\/cmdb\/import"}}] |
1- Before going any further in this KA you must: A- for Pentaho for RF - check that the user running Pentaho for RF has rights to create files on the machine where Pentaho resides B- for BCM: - check that the server you have elected as the web service server is the master
A- Check the basics B- Error codes 25 or 500 - KA 000170431: I'm getting an error 25 when using a web api
