In order to access installation files and documentation you will need to register for an account on Support Central.

How do I do to access to the BCM installation / upgrade files?

How do I access to documentation for BCM?

To access support tickets, installation files and documentation an account must be created on Support Central.

When first accessing to https://bmc.com/support select the "Register" button to create an account:

In the "Create BMC Account/Profile" page select the option indicating your are a BMC Customer.

Fill out the contact information fields and select the option "Access to BMC Support."  You will then be asked for a Support Contract ID and Contract Password:

If you do not have this information yet you will need to contact customer_care@bmc.com to request them.

Once the Support Contract ID and PIN have been entered, click on "Validate".  Once the validation succeeds enter the captcha displayed and accept the BMC Privacy Policy.

An email confirming the account create will be sent and you will be able to login.
