To access support tickets, installation files and documentation an account must be created on Support Central. When first accessing to https://bmc.com/support select the "Register" button to create an account: In the "Create BMC Account/Profile" page select the option indicating your are a BMC Customer.
Once the Support Contract ID and PIN have been entered, click on "Validate". Once the validation succeeds enter the captcha displayed and accept the BMC Privacy Policy. |
