BCM licenses can be downloaded from https://license.bmc.com. To connect to this portal, the same account that is being used to connect to the BMC support portal, documentation, download (EPD) etc must be used
f you do not have an account yet, register with BMC Support Central  to get the credentials. More guidance in this Knowledge Article (KA): Client Management: How to create a logon for bmc.com/support.

1- How to download (or upgrade) the license:
- Go to https://license.bmc.com
- Login with one's regular BMC support login
- Click on the BCM* license number to download it:

Note: in case it is required to upgrade the license because it's an 11.x license then click the "Upgrade" hotlink that you might see next to your s/n. At the time of the writing of this KA (20.08), only s/n starting by "FPAC" are upgradable.

2- If the license is not yet available or not up to date on https://license.bmc.com
To achieve the following one will need to get the PIN/the end-customer PIN in addition to the contract id:



If one doesn't already know the PIN, then please send an email to customer_care@bmc.com as the  BCM technical support team cannot address this kind of issue.
- Go back to https://license.bmc.com/#/defaultview: the license is there and one can download or upgrade it.
