Problem

The Sync Cache feature on AR System Midtier 9.1.02 may generate blocked threads which would result in the server becoming unresponsive or performance may be affected.

Cause

Blocking thread; Defect SW00524839 has been filed

Solution

We recommends to avoid using the Sync Cache feature with AR System Midtier 9.1.02.
As an alternate, use the Flush Cache button or the config_cache_cleanup.jsp to clear individual forms.

This defect "SW00524839 " has been resolved with AR System Midtier version 9.1.03
