Since, Apple has added more security concerning the certificates to trust, the user faces issues to enroll a mobile through Mobile Device Management (MDM) in BMC Client Management (BCM).

BCM 12.1 and following
"Profile Installation Failed" error when enrolling a iPad Device, below is the error:
All versions above iOS 10.3, All BCM Versions
After installing the "BMC Client Management Certificate Authority", go to the General menu >> select "About" from the menu.
Select the "Certificate Trust Settings" menu.
Activate "BMC Client Management Certificate Authority" in section "ENABLE FULL TRUST FOR ROOT CERTIFICATES".
