Problem

Error displays when opening any of the AP:* forms.

Forms include: "AP:Notification", "AP:Role", "AP:Form", "AP:Process Administrator", :"AP:Process Definition" and "AP:Alternate".
Occur in "Internet Explorer", "Firefox" and "Chrome".

The following errors are logged in the midtier log while ERROR 9215 is shown on the MidTier client

Cause

Legacy fieldid 1020 exists on form

Solution

The problem is the legacy field, 1020, exists on the following forms with AP prefix.
AP:Alternate
AP:Process Administrator
AP:Form
AP:Role
AP:Notification
AP:Process Definition

Delete Field ID 1020 field on these forms.
Flush MidTier cache after saving changes
Clear browser cache.
