Not all fields on the form show on the Columns tab in the Available Fields field when designing a new Web report in the AR System Report Console form.  These missing fields show in AR System Developer Studio and some are available for other report types such as AR System Native Reporting or Crystal reporting.

This is working as designed. Certain core fields and fields with certain property settings are excluded from the list of available fields since they will not be usable in Web reporting and the 3rd party BIRT code used to generate the reports.

Here's the list of fields that won't display in the available fields list when creating a Web report:

--The core Status History field, field ID 15.
--The core Reserved Password field, field ID 102.
--The core Reserved Encrypted String field, field ID 123.
--Any field name that starts with "z", these are assumed to be hidden temp data fields not used for permanent data storage and reporting.
--Any field that doesn't have a Display Label value.
--Any field which is not in View
--Display-only fields
--Diary fields

Fields must have a label and be part of the view designated as the Master View for Server Processing. This property is found in the: Form view initial properties - Basic section:
