FootPrints 12/20 consists of two parts:
NOTE: If you are using a VM solution to host your instance, you can use a 'snapshot' of BOTH the application server and DB server, just be certain they are able to be restored to the state prior to this event, to ensure you can recover from anything that may occur. Else the following is the process we advise will work when followed. Stop the FootPrints 12/20 Tomcat server - This should be listed as Apache Tomcat 7.0 Tomcat7 (under Start -> Administrative Tools -> Services).
